Love, yes, really. Today.

Love. Breathe into it. Such a vast, nuanced, dancing, and crushing emotion. I started this post searching my heart, mind, and body for a word to contemplate and write about. Love, in all its dimensions, jumped onto the page. Really? Love? It's so massive a word covering so much kinetic territory in our lives. But, yes, really, love. Life is all about trusting our intuition and saying yes to those opportunities that present themselves, no matter the uncomfortableness we are feeling.

So, I'm embarking on a 52-week of love post journey. Most of the posts will be about the awesomeness and gift of love, the joy of love, the quiet and reassuring calm of love, and the often elusive search for self-love. Love found in the big moments and love in the tiniest of things. And, of course, some posts about love lost or misplaced, or broken too.
